By using this site you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. Use of the site

This site shows the Garabatos Cafetería menus and lets you build orders that are sent on WhatsApp. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with how it works.

2. Prices and availability

• Prices are in Costa Rican colones (¢) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices and products may change without notice and availability may vary by location and day.
• Items marked "By weight" are priced when the order is confirmed.
• If there is an obvious error in a published price, we will tell you before preparing the order.

3. Orders

• An order is only accepted once the location confirms it on WhatsApp.
• Delivery, its cost and coverage are arranged directly with the location.
• Payment is made in cash or by SINPE Móvil to the number the location confirms in the chat. We will never ask for card details on this site.
• To cancel or change an order, message us as soon as possible in the same chat.

4. Allergies and preferences

If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, mention it in the notes and confirm it with our staff. Our kitchen handles milk, egg, gluten, peanuts, tree nuts and shellfish, among others, so we cannot guarantee the absence of traces.

5. Intellectual property

The Garabatos brand, logo, photographs, videos and designs on this site are protected. They may not be copied or used without written permission.

6. External links

The site links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram and TikTok. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, including Law No. 7472 on the Promotion of Competition and Effective Consumer Protection.
