Since Esparza

Our Story

Garabatos started in Esparza with a simple idea: a place where coffee is made with care and nobody rushes you out.

We work with specialty coffee and brew it six different ways, because each method brings out something different from the same bean. The kitchen grew around the coffee: Tico breakfasts, brunch, mains and desserts we make in-house.

Today we have two homes, one in Esparza and one in Naranjo, with the same team and the same way of looking after you.
